How does Trakly pricing work?
You pay one flat monthly price for your company based on how many employees you track, not a charge per user. Starter covers up to 10 employees for ₹999 a month, Growth covers up to 30 employees for ₹2,499 a month, Business covers up to 100 employees for ₹5,999 a month, and Enterprise covers up to 250 employees for ₹12,999 a month. For more than 250 employees, talk to us about a custom plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with all features. You do not need a credit card to start.
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. Trakly doesn’t ask for card details during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going.
Are there setup or training fees?
No. You set Trakly up yourself from the web dashboard: import your team and customers from a spreadsheet and invite your reps. There is no installation visit and no paid onboarding.
Are all features included on every plan?
Yes. Plans differ only in how many employees you can track and in the monthly Google Maps allowance. Every plan includes the Android app, the web dashboard, Google Maps, WhatsApp alerts, reports and exports.
Is Google Maps included?
Yes, on every plan. Each month your plan includes street-map views, for replaying a route or opening the live team map, and address lookups, for finding a customer’s location from their address: Starter 200 views and 100 lookups, Growth 400 views and 300 lookups, Business 1,200 views and 800 lookups, Enterprise 2,500 views and 2,000 lookups. Customer pins and “Open in Google Maps” links are free and never counted. If a month’s views run out, routes still show — just without the street map — until the allowance resets on the 1st.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free: you pay for 10 months and use Trakly for 12.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown without GST, which is added to your invoice as applicable.
What if my team grows past my plan?
Move to the next plan whenever you need more employees. For teams larger than 1,000, talk to us about a custom plan.
