Delete your Trakly account

If you are an employee

Your Trakly account was created by your employer. To delete it and its data, either:

• ask your employer’s Trakly owner or manager to remove you, or
• email hello@trakly.in from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Trakly account” and the name of your company.

We confirm the request with you, tell your employer, and delete your account within 30 days. You will be signed out of the app, and it can no longer record anything for you.

If you own a company account

Email hello@trakly.in from the owner’s email address with the subject “Delete our Trakly company account”. We can send you an export of your data first if you ask. We then permanently delete the whole company account: every employee, location, visit, customer and setting in it. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and password.
• Your location history, work days, visits, and the notes and messages you added.
• Your registered devices and notification tokens.

Copies in our encrypted backups are removed as those backups expire. Invoices and payment records that the law requires us to keep are kept for as long as the law requires.

Stopping tracking without deleting your account

The app records your location only during a work day you start, and stops when you tap End day. You can also turn off its location permission in Android settings, or uninstall the app, at any time.
